Tangy Coconut Salad Dressing for Fruit, Ham or Chicken Salad
Yield: Makes 1 3/4 cups
Ingredients

Coco Casa Cream of Coconut

(6-oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed and undiluted

| 1/4 |

curry powder

|

| 1/2 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|
|
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and thick. Chill until ready to serve. Beat again and toss with salad when ready to serve.
